NEW MOON YOGA
Relax, Breathe, Meditate

A session that is a passive approach to asana practice, going deep into the relaxation of the joints and muscles, improving flexibility and quietness.
The asana practice will lead into a guide Pranayama and meditation session.
These sessions take place on or around the New Moon in lieu of the normal 2 hour yoga sessions

FULL MOON YOGA
Touch, Feel, Stretch, Breathe
6 participants maximum
A session that is based around partner and group work. It will be based around the chakras and the different ways in which can activate, understand and cleanse these energy centers. Intimate work is possible but not necessarily part of the session. This session will also be intuitive and co-created in line with the energies of the group and the astrological influences.
Some form of meditation practice will be integrated into the session.
These sessions take place on or around the Full Moon in lieu of the normal 2 hour yoga sessions
