Abdominal reinforcement & sheathing
‘Abdominals, stop the massacre’ – APOR®
A workshop that allows you to discover and practice a series of abdominal reinforcement exercises following the method ‘ de GASQUET ‘ for which I have undergone a certified training. This method is unique, based on a respiratory and postural approach. It allows to stretch the spine, to sheath the abdominals, to reinforce the perineum and to develop one’s body path, the proprioception. The exercises offered are painless, injury free but they require effort, precision and guidance.

A workshop that will include a Yin Yoga practice followed by Pranayama leading to a guided meditation

Thaï massage basics
A workshop were you will learn about the body energy lines. You will practice on each other the traditional thaï techniques to relieve pressure in major parts of the body, relaxing the muscles, improving recovery.
